This will be my third year on the committee, and I&#8217;ve valued being part of the important conversations that help shape our school.<\/p><p><strong>As a parent, I&#8217;m personally invested in our school&#8217;s success,<\/strong> I have a fifth grader at Mason and a 9th grader at the high school. I also grew up in the area, and after a bit of time away, chose to return here to start our family. This community means a lot to me, and I&#8217;m dedicated to helping it be the best it can be. Outside of school, my husband and I run a custom home building business. When we&#8217;re not working, we enjoy family time, taking care of our menagerie of pets and getting out to enjoy everything St. Augustine has to offer. As a third grade teacher, I see every day how important it is for students to feel heard and supported.<strong> Being part of this committee gives me the opportunity to help amplify student voices and work alongside other educators and community members to make our school an even more welcoming and empowering place for all learners.<\/strong> I\u2019m looking forward to collaborating, listening,
